Aliana Zuniga from Pahrump secured second place with a personal best score of 75, shooting a 42 on the front nine and an impressive 33 on the back nine. The PVHS Trojans tennis teams secured a 10-8 victory against the Moapa Valley Pirates on September 5th in Moapa. Both the boys’ and girls’ teams contributed to the win, with several key performances driving the success. The Nye County School District (NCSD) is embracing technology by transitioning to digital report cards, starting with the 2024-2025 school year. This change allows parents and guardians to access their student’s academic progress instantly through the Infinite Campus Parent Portal. The PVHS Girls Varsity soccer team achieved a commanding 9-1 victory over Sloan Canyon on Monday, September 9, showcasing their growing confidence and teamwork. Four years ago, on August 31, 2020, the Pahrump community lost a beloved figure, Michael “Dusty” Park, who passed away after a courageous battle with health issues.
